ERNiCr-3은 Inconel 600, Inconel 601, Inconel 690, Incoloy 800, Incoloy 800HT의 가스 텅스텐 아크 용접(GTAW), 가스 금속 아크 용접(GMAW), 서브머지드 아크 용접(SAW)에 사용됩니다. 서로 다른 용접 응용 분야에는 Inconel 합금, Incoloy 합금 및 Incoloy 330을 니켈, Monel 합금, 스테인리스강 및 탄소강에 접합하는 것이 포함됩니다. 또한 스테인리스강을 니켈 합금 및 탄소강에 접합하는 데에도 사용됩니다.
